WordPress installation

1. Open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Upload your downloaded greetdesk-wordpress.zip and click Install Now.

2. Click Activate Plugin. Your assistant is already configured for this website.

3. Open your public homepage in a new tab. Clear any WordPress cache, then click Check my install in GreetDesk.

Open Setup and download the WordPress plugin configured for your website. Sign in to the account that owns the assistant to download it.

After publishing, click Check my install in Setup. See troubleshooting if the assistant does not appear.
